Blackout across entire Kyiv Oblast

The whole of Kyiv Oblast has been left without electricity as a result of the Russian attack.

This was reported by Oleksii Kuleba, Head of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, on Telegram.

"There are casualties among the civilian population. Emergency services and medics are already providing assistance. The whole oblast is without power," Kuleba wrote.

The control centre of Ukrenergo, the national energy company, has implemented emergency power outages throughout Ukraine due to Russian attacks.
