Whole of Lviv is cut off from grid

Following Russian missile attacks on Ukraine on 23 November, the whole of Lviv has been cut off from the grid. 

Andrii Sadovyi, Mayor of Lviv, has reported this on Telegram. 

"The entire city has no electricity. We are waiting for further information from power engineers. There could be water supply outages. Stay in shelters," Sadovyi posted.

Background:

Vitalii Klychko, Mayor of Kyiv, has reported that one infrastructure facility in the capital was hit in the Russian missile attack on 23 November.

Ukrenergo, the national power company, has instructed the Kyiv authorities to apply emergency power shutdowns; therefore, scheduled power shutdowns are not being applied at the moment until the situation is stabilised.
