Russian forces kill 1 and injure 8 civilians in Donetsk Oblast

Russian forces have killed one and injured another eight civilians in Donetsk Oblast over the course of the past 24 hours.

Quote from Kyrylenko: "Russia continues to kill civilians! On 22 November, the Russians killed one civilian in Bakhmut, Donetsk Oblast. Another eight residents of the oblast sustained injuries."

Details: The Head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration said that as of 23 November, 1,221 residents of Donetsk Oblast have been killed and another 2,628 have sustained injuries.

It remains impossible to determine the number of casualties and fatalities in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
