Russians shell Sumy Oblast, delivering 50 strikes
During 22 November, the Russians shelled Esman, Hlukhiv, Putyvl, Znob-Novhorodske, Druzhba and Shalyhyne hromadas in Sumy Oblast [hromada: an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories -ed.].

Details: At around 11:00, the Russian forces fired from machine guns at the areas close to Ukraine’s state border in Esman hromada, causing no damage.
After 11:40, the Russians discharged 3 machine-gun volleys from the territory of Russia towards one of the villages close to the state border in Hlukhiv hromada, also causing no damage.
Russian invaders shelled Shalyhyne hromada, delivering nine strikes but causing no destruction.
At around 18:00, the Russians shelled Putyvl hromada, delivering 15 strikes.
The Russian forces used self-propelled artillery to strike Znob-Novhorodske hromada six times.
The Russians also shelled Druzhba hromada using self-propelled artillery. A total of 20 strikes were recorded.
The shelling damaged one of the power lines.
