Militants in Luhansk promise free education to students who survive the war

The so-called "Ministry of Education and Science" of the self-proclaimed ‘Luhansk People’s Republic’ has promised free education to university students of the occupied Luhansk Oblast if they return alive from the war.

Quote: "It has now been decided that all students who return after military service and who previously studied on a contractual basis will be allowed to study free of charge."

Details: Militants of the so-called "Luhansk People’s Republic" promise to demobilise the students of occupied Luhansk Oblast "by the end of November".
