Sumy Oblast attack: Russians deploy artillery, MLRS and launch 30 bombs
On 21 November, Russian forces attacked Hlukhiv, Seredyna-Buda, Khotin and Znob-Novhorodske hromadas of Sumy Oblast using artillery, Grad multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) and small arms. They also fired 30 bombs at these hromadas. [Hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories - ed.]

Details: Zhyvytskyi reported that at around 11:30, the Russian military launched 10 bombs at one of the villages close to the state border in Seredyna-Buda hromada. This caused damage to the community arts centre and a private home.
After 13:00 another village came under mortar fire by Russian forces.
There were no casualties.
The Russians shelled Znob-Novhorodske hromada resulting in 10 strikes but causing no damage.
Russian forces deployed several types of weapons to attack Khotin hromada. Twenty bombs, eight artillery shells and another 10 Grad MLRS rockets exploded near civilian homes.
Five civilian homes and a gas pipeline sustained damage.
The Hlukhiv hromada came under small arms fire (three automatic rounds); the attack did not cause any damage.
