Details: The General Staff reports that covert mobilisation into the Russian occupying forces is ongoing in occupied Crimea.

Quote: "In particular, in Simferopol on 19 November of this year, there was a meeting attended by the so-called heads of security forces, members of the city administration and heads of village councils. The main issue on this rabble’s agenda was the failure to reach the mobilisation targets.

With the aim of solving this problem, starting from 21 November 2022, members of the so-called military enlistment offices and police in this temporarily occupied territory have been handing out mobilisation notices to be signed."

Background:

  • The so-called administration of Russian-occupied Crimea recently ordered "fortification work to ensure the security of the people of Crimea" to be carried out on the peninsula.
