Background: Russian forces have not stopped shelling Sumy Oblast since the beginning of the full-scale war. The state border areas in particular, have been under constant fire from the Russians.

For example, Russian forces launched 264 bombs, missiles and projectiles on areas close to Ukraine’s national border during 14 November.
