Details: On 18 November, two videos were published in anonymous Telegram channels. The first video allegedly shows the Ukrainian military capturing the Russian occupiers, who leave a building and lie face down on the yard. After that, a man with a weapon, presumably a Russian military man, comes out of the same building and opens fire. The video abruptly cuts off.

The second video allegedly shows the bodies of people wearing the same clothes as the live occupiers in the first video. It is not known what exactly happened in the interval between these videos, nor is it known where and when they were filmed.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation stated that "published new video evidence of the mass bloody massacre of unarmed Russian prisoners of war by Ukrainian military confirms the cruel nature of the current Kyiv regime led by Zelenskyy and those who protect and support him."

They also claim the alleged Ukrainian soldiers who were captured this week are being held in accordance with all the requirements of the Geneva Convention. The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation did not mention other Ukrainian prisoners who have repeatedly claimed cruel tortures in Russian prisons.

The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, said that she had appealed to international organisations to condemn the shooting of Russian prisoners of war and to demand the punishment of the guilty.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia demanded that international organisations condemn the shooting of Russian prisoners of war and conduct a thorough investigation.

And the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, Dmitriy Medvedev, said that Ukrainian soldiers who shot Russian prisoners of war should be sentenced to death.

According to the Russian mass media, the office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights reported that it is investigating the alleged video recordings of murdered Russian prisoners of war.

There are no comments from Ukrainian officials on this matter yet.
