"Invincibility centres" appear in Kherson, train station supplied with electricity
The first tents (referred to as "invincibility centres") with heat, electricity, food and Internet access have appeared in the liberated city of Kherson.

Details: The project was completed in conjunction with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the Kherson Oblast Military Administration.
Tymoshenko has said that such tents will appear all across the city of Kherson and Kherson Oblast.
He remarked that there is still no electricity in Kherson, and expressed the hope that it will be restored by the end of this week.
Yaroslav Yanushevych also reported that the Kherson train station was being supplied with electricity.
"The Kherson railway station now has electricity," he wrote in the captions to the photos of the lit up train station.
