Quote: "The Chechen militant Ramzan Kadyrov is enhancing his power in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts…
Gleb Mikhailov, a prosecutor from Dagestan who is loyal to Kadyrov and who brought his own prosecutors there, has been appointed to the prosecutor’s office in Luhansk. Apart from prosecuting crime, his task will be legalising the crimes of Kadyrovites [the Chechen forces subject to Kadyrov that fight as part of the Russian army – ed.] in the oblast…
In Donetsk, delegations from Chechnya are there almost all the time. They control how collaborators perform their duties to Kadyrov. In particular, the so-called Minister of Information, Akhmet Dudayev, Member of Chechen Parliament Dzhamalai Zakriyev, and Kadyrov’s Advisor, Umar Daudov, have come to Donetsk."
Details: The National Resistance Center has reported that Kadyrov has already received "a hero’s star" from the heads of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People’s Republic" and "Luhansk People’s Republic" for his patronage.
This also means that a large number of Kadyrovites who are mainly in the rear and have unlimited power are still in Donbas.
Previously: Kadyrov accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine of attacking Russian oblasts and urged that "Ukrainian cities be wiped off the face of the earth".
