Russian forces attack Nikopol, hitting a solar power plant

Russian forces shelled the city of Nikopol (Dnipropetrovsk Oblast) and the surrounding territory on the night of 17–18 November. There were no civilian casualties.

Quote: "The Nikopol district has once come under enemy fire. The Russians deployed MLRS [multiple-launch rocket systems] several times to fire on the city of Nikopol, launching more than 40 rockets on the sleeping city. There were no casualties.

Several apartment blocks, private houses, outbuildings and a power line were damaged in [Nikopol]. A solar power plant and a garage cooperative were also hit. Several garages and cars were damaged."

Details: The night passed without shelling or air-raids in other districts in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
