Most of them are in Vinnytsia, Odesa and Sumy oblasts and the city of Kyiv. We are doing everything to normalise the supply."
Background:
- On 15 November, Russia delivered the largest missile strike on Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in February 2022: despite successful work of air defence units, missiles hit the city of Kyiv, as well as Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Volyn, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Poltava and Kharkiv oblasts.
- Missiles were launched primarily on energy infrastructure. Due to these attacks, all regions of Ukraine suffered power outages.
- In Lviv Oblast, missiles hit three critical infrastructure facilities; 700,000 people were left without electricity.
