- On the afternoon of 15 November, Russia carried out a massive-scale missile attack on Ukraine. Missiles struck not far from the border with Poland. After this, Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki urgently convened a meeting of the Committee of the Council of Ministers for National Security and Defence.
- Earlier, the AP reported that American intelligence confirmed Russian missiles crossed Polish airspace on 15 November, killing two people. But the Pentagon has not corroborated this version.
- Polish President Andrzej Duda spoke on the phone with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg and US President Joe Biden about the explosions near the Polish border with Ukraine, which may have been caused by falling Russian missiles.
