Russian occupiers fear Armed Forces of Ukraine may reach Berdiansk, leaving Crimea vulnerable to attack

Volodymyr Rohov, a collaborator from the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, has commented that if the Ukrainian army reaches the Sea of Azov near Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, occupied Crimea and Russian supply lines would be under threat.

Quote: "Controlling access routes to Berdiansk not only cuts off and blocks off the land corridor to Crimea, along with the road from ‘greater’ Russia running through the ‘republics’ of Donbas and Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts; this could deprive the Russian grouping in Kherson Oblast of ammunition supplies, and the population of food, medicines, fuel and lubricants; and also make it possible to place practically the entirety of Crimea under fire control.

Crimea would basically then be vulnerable to attack by the long-range systems supplied to Ukraine by the West, including the Crimean Bridge, making Crimea uninhabitable without the necessary supplies of food and basic necessities for the civilian population."

Details: According to Rohov, "these are not simply the plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but they were clearly stated by their American handlers: this is the maximum programme repeatedly voiced by Zelenskyy at meetings of the General Staff of Ukraine."

On 13 November, amidst the occupiers' withdrawal from Kherson, Rohov claimed that up to 40,000 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are expected to be redeployed to the Zaporizhzhia front within one to two weeks, which will worsen the situation for the Russian invaders.
