Quote: "Employees of the administration of Nova Kakhovka left the city and redeployed to safer areas of the oblast due to constant shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine."

Background: On 15 November, Nataliia Humeniuk, Head of the joint press centre for Operational Command Pivden (South), said that the Russian occupation troops were moving 15-20 kilometres inland from their constructed frontiers on the left bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson Oblast, in order to avoid attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On Tuesday morning, users of Telegram channels hinted that Ukrainian defenders entered Nova Kakhovka; the information was not confirmed, and it could be part of a special psychological operation.
