Zelenskyy to G20 participants: Time to end Russia’s destructive war
In his video address to the G20 summit in Bali, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that it was time to stop Russia’s "destructive" war.

Details: In his address, Zelenskyy explained why a Minsk-3 agreement was impossible. "We will not allow Russia to wait it out, build up its forces, and then start a new series of terror and global destabilization," he said. [The Minsk-1 and Minsk-2 agreements attempted to secure a ceasefire between Ukraine and Russian forces in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts in the east of Ukraine - ed.]
Referring to Russia’s ongoing hostilities at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) in Ukraine, Zelenskyy said that no one has a right to blackmail the world with a nuclear disaster and that Russia has turned the ZNPP into a "radioactive bomb that can explode at any moment."
Zelenskyy additionally said that Ukraine and Russia ought to hold an "all for all" prisoner exchange.
