Russians drop explosives and launch 8 missiles on Sumy Oblast

Russian forces deployed a helicopter to drop explosives on a hromada [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories] in Sumy Oblast;  eight Russian missiles also landed in the same hromada.

Quote from Zhyvytskyi: "The Seredyna-Buda hromada was hit by missiles. Russian forces launched eight missiles on civilians. They dropped explosives from a helicopter from their airspace."

Details: Two private houses and a hardware store have been damaged.
