Quote from Zelenskyy: "Do not disregard the fact that the situation in Kherson Oblast remains very dangerous. Unfortunately, one of our sappers has been killed. Another four have sustained injuries while clearing [the territory of the oblast] from mines."
Details: The president said that Russian soldiers and mercenaries who had been left behind in Kherson Oblast are being detained; sabotage units are being neutralised.
"Investigators have recorded more than 400 Russian war crimes; bodies of civilians and military personnel who had been killed are being found," he reported.
Zelenskyy additionally said that "stabilisation" would be ensured, and law and order would return to 226 cities, towns and villages in Kherson Oblast with a total population of "over 100,000 people, as of now."
Previously: On 13 November, Yevhenii Yenin, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, said that a vehicle belonging to Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways), with six "experts" [it appears that they were demolition men – ed.] inside, has driven over a mine that exploded on the liberated territory of Kherson Oblast. All six survived.
