Quote: "The Kyivstar connection has started working in the centre of the city, right on the square in front of the Oblast Military Administration building. I’m sending you this video via LTE."
Details: Yanushevych also posted a list of hospitals where Kherson residents can receive medical care and medicine.
He noted that most pharmacies had closed during the occupation of the city. They will reopen after mines have been cleared from the area.
From 14 November, residents of Kherson will be able to get the medicines they need, free of charge, at certain addresses, and a medical check-up by doctors if necessary.
From 15 November, representatives of the international organisation Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) will be working on Svobody [Freedom] Square. Specialists will provide specialised medical consultations and issue the necessary medications (antipyretics, hypotensive medication, anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.).
