Quote: "There were a lot of cases when Russians mined residential buildings, civil cars and even the bodies of the dead.
We strongly recommend waiting until the local authorities issue an official permit after the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine conduct a terrain check."
Details: The State Emergency Service of Ukraine also gives advice to those who decided to come back to a liberated settlement anyway:
People should turn to local authorities in order to receive information about their house and adjacent territory being checked for explosives.
In case there is no such information, citizens can apply for this check-up to be conducted by the State Emergency Service specialists by calling 101 or using a Demining Ukraine mobile app.
