Quote: "To the good news. Russian invaders did not steal everything from the station that supplied water to Mykolaiv. We examined two of the five points that may have been blown up. Now the State Emergency Service is helping us because there are a lot of mines there…

Tomorrow, we will start clearing the first point. Restoration work[s] will begin after mine clearance. It will take about 15 days to repair the first two points, and then we will see.

However, in the future, there will be clean water in Mykolaiv. We understand that it is realistic to restore it. There are resources and forces for this [to happen]."

Details: Kim also said that 48 settlements of the Mykolaiv Oblast were under Russian occupation.  There is now no water, electricity and almost no communication.

"Tomorrow, we will try to fix a defect in electricity [supply], [and] the day after tomorrow, I think, the security forces will have time to finish stabilisation measures so that engineers can restore communication, TV signal and heat[ing]," the chairman of the Oblast Military Administration assured.

Background: On 11 November, the official reported that almost the entire territory of the Oblast was liberated from Russian invaders. According to the Head of the Oblast administration, the water pipeline from the Dnipro is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but mine clearance is yet ahead.
