Russians still trying to enter Bakhmut despite huge losses
Despite huge losses, Russian forces are not giving up their attempts to either enter or go around the city of Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast.

Quote: "The Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka fronts remain the most heated. On the Bakhmut front, the Russians are not giving up their attempts to breach the defence line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and then to either enter the city or go around it in order to continue the offensive.
The enemy is actually deploying significant forces on these fronts and allocating them in order to achieve success on at least one front while suffering disastrous defeats on others. So they are continuing their offensive despite huge losses."
Details: According to Kyrylenko, the Russians are basically destroying frontline settlements as they retreat to their previous positions.
The whole front line is under constant attack, including the settlements of Mariinka, Krasnohorivka, the Vuhledar area, Avdiivka, Toretsk, Bakhmut, Soledar, and part of the Siversk hromada [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories].
Kyrylenko said it could be confirmed that more than 60% of Bakhmut’s infrastructure has been destroyed.
