Russians shoot civilians in Kherson region – police
Russian soldiers have shot to death two residents of Kherson Oblast. Locals told the police about the crimes committed by the occupiers.

Quote: "A resident of Mykolaiv Oblast [which is adjacent to Kherson Oblast] turned to the police, stating that Russian military men shot a 56-year old man and stole his Chery Tiggo vehicle near the Dariivka Bridge in the Kherson district.
Residents of the village of Kairy in the Kakhovka district [Kherson Oblast – ed.] informed the police that Russian soldiers shot a local resident at a public transport station".
Details: Reportedly, the police opened criminal cases under Article 438 (breaking the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Background:
- On 9 November Sergey Surovikin, the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian occupying forces in Ukraine, announced the transfer of Russian troops from the city of Kherson to the left bank of the Dnipro river.
- Meanwhile, the President’s Office of Ukraine remarked that a significant grouping of Russian troops remains in Kherson, and there are no signs of withdrawal from that area.
