Russia brings back ship with Kalibr cruise missiles to Black Sea

As of 10 November, 14 Russian ships, one of them armed with Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of eight missiles, are on combat duty in the Black Sea.

Details: Russians keep controlling naval communications in the Azov Sea, keeping at least one ship on combat duty.

There are ten Russian ships in the Mediterranean Sea; five of these are Kalibr cruise missile carriers with a total salvo of 76 missiles.

Reportedly, during the day, numerous vessels crossed the Kerch–Yenikale Canal in Russia’s interest, heading in the following directions:

to the Azov Sea – 24 vessels, six of them sailing from the Bosporus Strait;

to the Black Sea – 38 vessels; 15 of them continued their movement towards the Bosporus Strait;

Quote: "Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS) on civil vessels in the water area of the Azov Sea."

Background: Last time, the Kalibr cruise missile carrier was detected in the Black Sea on 7 November.
