Russian Defence Ministry on its retreat from Kherson: “manoeuvre” going as planned

The Ministry of Defence of Russia, referring to its retreat from the right bank of Kherson Oblast, has stated that the "manoeuvre" is going "strictly according to the approved plan".

Details: The Russians are not focusing on Kherson itself, although all of the city is located on the right bank of the Dnipro River.
