Details:  By using his own Youtube and Telegram channels with a total follower count of over half a million subscribers, the pro-Russian blogger was imposing the Kremlin’s propaganda on EU residents.

In his posts and videos, the blogger shows support for the Russian Federation’s military aggression and routinely justifies occupation war crimes against civilians and the critical infrastructure of Ukrainian cities.

Additionally, the man had been spreading disinformation from the front and called on EU countries to reduce aid to Ukraine.

According to investigators, the collaborator is a citizen of a European country, where he prepared propaganda material for Russia Today.

Upon arriving in Ukraine, he took up residence in Chernihiv Oblast. After the full-scale invasion commenced, he began performing "tasks" for Kremlin supervisors such as the creation of commissioned episodes about the war in Ukraine.

He involved his cohabitant into this criminal activity; she assisted him in editing fake news episodes for foreign Internet users.

At the moment, the couple has been notified of suspicion in justifying, legitimising, and denying Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine, as well as glorifying its participants.

Law enforcement officers exposed two other pro-Russian propagandists in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. One of them is a resident of Pokrov [a town in Nikopol district - ed.] who was spreading calls for occupation support on her social media, for which she hoped to receive a Russian passport in exchange, in the case of the oblast’s occupation.

Another pro-Russian campaigner is a resident of the city Novomoskovsk. He called for a seizure of power and discredited the Ukrainian government.

Pre-trial investigations are continuing in order to establish all circumstances of the crimes against the state security of Ukraine.
