The bodies of 200 people, the victims of Russian occupiers, remain unidentified in Kyiv Oblast.

Quote: "There are currently 200 bodies left [to be identified], everything is done according to the procedure. The bodies are buried, but under their personal numbers, in case they are not identified...

According to the procedure, DNA is collected and placed in the database. Then, if any person requests to find a relative, DNA is taken and compared."

Details: Niebytov noted that the number of unidentified corpses is reduced with the results of expertise; relatives are informed where bodies of their close persons are buried, and a decision on reburial is made at the request of relatives.
