Russian X-47M2 Kinzhal missiles located in Belarus will not affect course of war in Ukraine – Air Force of Ukraine

The deployment of Russian X-47M2 Kinzhal hypersonic air-to-surface missiles to Belarus does not mean that they become more or less dangerous for Ukraine.

The MiG-31K interceptor jet is able to carry one such missile, which is attached to the fuselage. It may threaten any place in Ukraine, [it may be used to conduct – ed.] a strike, which would be difficult to respond to. It doesn't matter where this plane is deployed. Its stay on the territory of Belarus is rattling weapons against the countries of Western Europe."

Previously: On 1 November, British Intelligence stated that Russia deployed interceptor jets, capable of carrying X-47M2 Kinzhal missiles, to Belarus, mainly to send a message to the West and to portray Belarus as increasingly complicit in the war.
