Explosion in Sevastopol at night

Media reports say an explosion was heard in Russian-occupied Sevastopol at about 3:40 a.m.

Details: According to an employee of the publication, "the explosions that sounded were similar to the operation of an air defence system."

Background:

• On 29 October in occupied Sevastopol about explosions were reported. The Russian Defence Ministry said that the armed forces allegedly attacked occupied Sevastopol with drones at 4 a.m. on October 29. Russian Defence Ministry confirms damage to minesweeper "Ivan Golubets". 
• Later it became known that at least one Fleet was hit by drones on 29 October, in particular the flagship Admiral Makarov.
• President Of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Secretary of the national security and Defence Council called nonsense Russia's statements that drones on ships of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol on 29 October were launched from a civilian vessel that was used under the grain agreement.
• On the morning of 31 October, invaders attacked critical infrastructure and civilian homes, violating international humanitarian law, laws and customs of warfare. According to the General Staff, the enemy attacked military and civilian infrastructure facilities with 55 guided aircraft missiles, 45 of which were shot down by our defenders.
• Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the massive rocket attack on Ukraine on Monday is "partially" the answer to the hit ships of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol.
