Explosives planted in collaborator’s car in Berdiansk – he has been hospitalised

Pavlo Ishchuk, the first deputy of the so-called "Head of the Administration" of the occupied city of Berdiansk, was injured in an explosion on 31 October.

Details: An explosive device filled with metal balls and nails was planted in the collaborator's car.

Ishchuk has been hospitalised; he is conscious, but doctors consider his condition to be critical.

According to the CHESNO NGO [a public movement started by activists to advance fair election practices – ed.], Pavlo Ishchuk is a Ukrainian journalist, editor-in-chief of the Berdiansk newspaper Misto.

In April 2022, the occupiers appointed Ishchuk to the position of "Deputy Head of the Administration" of Berdiansk for foreign and domestic policy and mass communications.
