Russia manipulates discussions of negotiations to gather strength and strike again – Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that Russia has been manipulating the topic of negotiations in order to stop Ukrainian liberation of the occupied territories, to accumulate forces and attack again.
