Russian occupiers have been strengthening filtration measures in cities of Rubizhne and Starobilsk [both in Luhansk Oblast], as they are afraid of the counteroffensive and saboteurs from the Ukrainian side.

Quote: "I reported the liberation of the first settlements in Luhansk Oblast yesterday, in the afternoon. In the evening, I clarified it; we had six [liberated settlements – ed.] at that moment…
Because of the danger of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ counteroffensive, occupiers have established a curfew and strengthened the filtration measures in order to detect Ukrainian saboteurs.
Filtration is underway in Starobilsk as well; they are checking everyone who wants to go to the territory of Russia beforehand; lately, the number of those who would like to do that has significantly increased. Due to "security reasons", Russians have decided to shut off the connection there."
Details: Earlier, Haidai reported that the mobile connection was shut off in Kreminna.
Nevertheless, as he pointed out, the disconnection does not prevent collaborators from trying to escape.
"Thus, we detected the movement of three buses with occupiers’ supporters from Svatove to Kreminna and Novopskov. [That’s] because they understand that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are coming," Haidai said, confirming the same thing the General Staff had reported earlier.
According to Haidai, local hospitals are overloaded due to a large number of injured soldiers; therefore, hospitals are set in schools. Approximately 200 injured soldiers of Russia are currently in one of them.
