It is time world assigns terrorist status for Russia – Ukraine’s Defence Minister
Oleksii Reznikov, the Minister of Defence of Ukraine, is convinced that by attacking Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure facilities, Russia has de facto recognised itself as a terrorist state, and it’s time the world assigned this state the proper legal status.

Background: On the morning of 31 October, the occupiers attacked critical infrastructure facilities and civilian buildings, violating the norms of international humanitarian law, as well as the laws and customs of war.
According to the General Staff, Russian forces attacked military and civilian infrastructure facilities using 55 guided air-to-surface missiles, 45 of which were shot down by Ukraine’s air defence forces.
