13 Ukrainians injured in massive morning attacks by Russia

As of 11:30, 13 people were reported to be injured as a result of Russia's morning missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine.

Quote from Klymenko: "At the moment, 13 people are known to be injured as a result of today's attacks by the Russian Federation.

And we, of course, together with the Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor's Office, will establish the losses and record the crimes that were committed today on the territory of our country."

Background: 

• On the morning of 31 October, the Russian troops launched a massive attack on the territory of Ukraine. This is the third Monday in a row that the Russian Federation has massively attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
• Air defence forces shot down 44 missiles, but 18 targets in 10 oblasts of Ukraine were damaged, most of them are energy facilities.
• All attacks on Kyiv were repelled, but there are power and water cuts in the capital because of the situation in Kyiv Oblast.
