Russians fire 3 missiles in morning attack on Khmelnytskyi Oblast
On the morning of 31 October, Russian invaders attacked two districts of Khmelnytskyi Oblast with three missiles: one was shot down, two fell in a field.

Details: According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties. Special services and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are working at the scene. Hamalii called on the local residents not to post on social media about the strikes.
Updated at 13:50: Serhii Hamalii, Head of Khmelnytskyi Oblast Military Administration, reported that missiles fell in two areas in the Kamianets-Podilskyi district. The missiles fell in the field, so there were no casualties or damage.
The fragments from another missile fell in the Khmelnytskyi district. The fall caused a fire, the roof and windows of a civilian building were damaged. The fire was extinguished. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.
