Chernivtsi Oblast: critical infrastructure damaged

As a result of a Russian rocket attack, critical infrastructure in the Chernivtsi Oblast was damaged.

Quote: "In Chernivtsi Oblast, there has been damage to critical infrastructure as a result of rocket attacks by the Rashists [Russian forces - ed.]. In any case, do not take any photos of the explosion sites." 

Details: An air raid siren has been sounded in the oblast.
