Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy Russian howitzer, anti-aircraft missile system and ammunition dumps in southern Ukraine

Ukraine’s defence forces have carried out 156 firing missions in southern Ukraine, destroying several Russian ammunition storage points, a howitzer and an anti-aircraft missile system.

Quote: "Today [on Sunday, 30 October - ed.] the enemy deployed MLRS [multiple-launch rocket systems] and heavy artillery to attack the Kutsurub hromada in Mykolaiv Oblast. There were no casualties or damage to property and infrastructure.
Enemy aircraft and attack helicopters carried out three airstrikes on our positions and on the liberated towns and villages in the Beryslav district. In response, our pilots carried out three airstrikes on clusters of enemy personnel and equipment, while our anti-aircraft gunners skillfully shot down another Su-25 jet."
Details: Rocket Forces and Artillery units of the southern defence forces carried out 156 firing missions in southern Ukraine.
Russia’s confirmed losses comprise 27 military personnel, 1 tank, 2 mortars, 1 Akatsia self-propelled large-calibre howitzer, a 23-mm anti-aircraft missile system and 5 armoured vehicles.
Two Russian ammunition storage points were destroyed in the Bashtanka and Beryslav districts (in Mykolaiv and Kherson oblasts, respectively).
Operational Command Pivden (South) additionally reported that 8 Russian vessels are currently manoeuvring in the waters of the Black Sea, protected by the Crimean coast; 2 missile carriers armed with 16 Kalibr cruise missiles are on standby.
