Ukraine is awaiting reactions from Turkey and the UN to Russia’s statements about withdrawing from the Black Sea Grain Initiative.

Quote: "Ukraine has not signed any ‘grain agreements’ with the Russian Federation. The countries that have signed it are Russia, Turkey and the UN. Ukraine has not signed any agreements with Russia, because we understand that Russia almost never fulfils its obligations.
Therefore, we are waiting for the reaction of the signatories."
Background: On Saturday [29 October], Russia said that it is suspending its participation in implementing the "grain agreement", allegedly because of the "terrorist attack" in Sevastopol Bay on Saturday morning. Igor Konashenkov, Russian Defence Ministry spokesman, said earlier on Saturday that the target of the attack were ships of the Black Sea Fleet, which were involved in ensuring the security of the grain corridor.
It is worth noting that the "grain agreement" was supposed to end in November, and Russia threatened to withdraw from the agreement if its requirements were not met.
