Stabilisation blackouts have affected 4 million citizens of Ukraine – Zelenskyy

About 4 million people have been affected by stabilisation power outages in Ukraine caused by Russian attacks on energy infrastructure.

Quote: "As of now, many cities and districts of our country are applying stabilisation blackout schedules – about 4 million Ukrainians face restrictions now.
Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, Zhytomyr Oblast, Poltava Oblast, Rivne Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Chernihiv Oblast, Sumy Oblast, Cherkasy Oblast, Kirovohrad Oblast. Emergency blackouts are also possible in other oblasts."
Details: Zelenskyy assured Ukrainians that the government is doing everything possible to ensure that the state has the opportunity to reduce such blackouts.
"We work daily with our partners to strengthen our air defence and other defensive capabilities. Every day we strengthen the protection of our critical infrastructure, primarily energy," he noted.
