Body found under rubble in Sviatohirsk: debris still being removed a month later

The body of a woman was found under the rubble of a five-storey residential building destroyed in late September in the city of Sviatohirsk in Donetsk Oblast. It is assumed that another body may be found under the rubble of a private house.

Details: Rescue workers are working on clearing the rubble from the site of destroyed residential buildings in Sviatohirsk in the Kramatorsk district of Donetsk Oblast.
Yesterday, rescue workers from the Sloviansk garrison carried out work on dismantling the debris of a partially ruined five-storey residential building in Sviatohirsk. It had been attacked around 25 September.
The body of a woman was found at the site of the dismantling of the rubble.
In the morning of 28 October, the rescue workers started to dismantle the rubble of a residential house destroyed as a result of shelling. According to preliminary information, the body of a woman was found under the rubble.
Recovery and clearance operations are underway.
