28 towns and villages in Kharkiv Oblast still occupied by Russians

As of 25 October, 28 towns and villages in Kharkiv Oblast remain temporarily occupied by Russian forces (five days ago, 32 towns and villages were still occupied).

Quote: "A total of 28 towns and villages in the Dvorichna and Petropavlivka hromadas [administrative units designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories] in the Kupiansk district [remain occupied]."
Details: Syniehubov added that active hostilities were taking place in Kharkiv Oblast: "The weather and the enemy are both affecting the situation; [the Russians] are not voluntarily leaving our territory, so our soldiers have to win back every metre of land in very tough battles."
During a press briefing on 20 October, Syniehubov said that 32 towns and villages remained under the Russian occupation.
