Ukrainian Defence Intelligence has reported that the so-called partial mobilisation is still underway in the Russian capital. Local media outlets have been banned from covering this topic.

Quote: "Despite Moscow Mayor [Sergei] Sobyanin’s public statements that the ‘partial mobilisation’ is over, people liable for military service are continuing to receive call-up notices at their places of residence and work.
The Russian government has now shut down the so-called ‘mobile mobilisation points’ and has halted the practice of ‘raids’ on people liable for military service in public spaces.
Special ‘temniks’ [closed directives from the government to the media - ed.] emphasise the need to completely ignore the topic of ‘raids’ in Moscow and St Petersburg."
Details: According to Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence, the mobilised conscripts are currently undergoing training at training grounds in Moscow Oblast.
After training, the units are to be sent to the combat zone in Ukraine.
The shortage of officers and non-commissioned officers has meant that the positions of platoon instructors and training instructors are being filled by soldiers with the rank of private who have combat experience in Ukraine.
It is confirmed that at least 200,000 people were conscripted into the Russian Armed Forces during the "first wave" of mobilisation.
Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence stated that further mobilisation in Russia is set to continue "according to the typical WWII scenario".
The first group of conscripts has been deployed in Ukraine with minimal training (or no training at all) in order to stabilise the situation on the front.
Further groups of conscripts will be deployed depending on further developments in operational circumstances and, whenever possible, with regard to the conscripts’ level of training.
Conscripts from the second, third and subsequent waves of conscription will join the hostilities on the basis of this scenario.
