Zelenskyy called meeting of Commander-in-Chief's staff: frontline and energy network protection discussed

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, conducted another meeting at the Commander-in-Chief’s headquarters. There, the situation at the front and the restoration of facilities damaged by Russian missiles and kamikaze drones were discussed.

Quote: "We listened to the reports of the commanders of the forces deployed on the various fronts regarding the current situation there and reviewed the probable actions of the occupiers over the short term.

The most topical issue was forming a reliable means of protecting the country’s energy network from air strikes by the Russian forces."

Details: Alternative forms of temporary energy and connections for the population and businesses during restoration were also discussed.

"Let’s maximise our efforts for the sake of the security of the energy infrastructure. And let’s remember that by turning off every electrical device we don’t need, we are contributing to the restoration of stable and constant electricity supply in the whole territory of Ukraine," Zelenskyy summed up.
