Russia obstructs "grain initiative": ports in Odesa Oblast operate at 25-30% capacity

Ukraine’s ports have been working at only 25-30% capacity in the past several days due to Russia’s deliberate obstruction of the "grain initiative".

Details: Six additional vessels carrying 124,300 tonnes of agricultural products to Asia and Europe departed from the ports in Odesa and Chornomorsk, and the Pivdennyi port today, on 23 October.

A total of 380 vessels have exported 8.5 million tonnes of agricultural products to Africa, Asia and Europe from the ports of Greater Odesa since 1 August 2022.
