Russia stops work of "authorities " in Beryslav – General Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine

The occupation authorities of Beryslav (Kherson Oblast) have stopped working, as Russian collaborators continue to flee the city.

Details: According to the General Staff, since 19 October, all bodies of the occupation authorities in Beryslav stopped working. Local collaborators who sided with the Russian invaders continue to leave the city along with their families and property.
According to the General Staff, in the Pinsk and Stolinsk districts of Belarus, secret services are boosting security and administrative measures. In particular,people are banned from filming anything; it also includes the use of car video recorders. Military enlistment offices continue to work on clarifying the personal data of men of military age, insisting that these people be ready for a call.
As of late October 21, situation on the battlefields in Ukraine is as follows:
On the Volyn front, the situation remains unchanged.
On the Sivershchyna and Polissia fronts, Russians used mortars and barrel artillery to fire near the settlements of Ukrainske and Hai in Chernihiv Oblast, as well as Pokrovka in Sumy Oblast.
On the Slobozhanshchyna front, the invaders opened fire from barrel and rocket artillery, in the vicinities of Berestove, Strilecha, Dvorichna and Chuhunivka;
On the Bakhmut front, Russians fired from tanks and artillery in the areas of Soledar, Bakhmut, Bilohorivka, Klishchiivka and Opytne;
On the Avdiivka front, they used tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery in the areas near Vodiane, Prechystivka, Pervomaiske and Velyka Novosilka.
On Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia fronts, Russians did not conduct any active offensive operations. They hit the areas of the settlements of Vremivka, Zelenyi Hai and Mala Tokmachka.
On the Pivdennyi Buh front, the Russians carried out attacks on military and civilian infrastructure. Areas of settlements near the contact line were hit. Among them are Novovoskresenske, Myrne, Davydiv Brid and Novohredneve.
The invaders focused their efforts on deterring the actions of defence forces of Ukraine in certain areas; at the same time, they did not abandon their attempts to conduct offensive operations on the Bakhmut and Avdiivka fronts.
On 21 October, defence forces of Ukraine repelled attacks by invaders near the settlements of Ternova (Kharkiv Oblast); Bilohorivka and Zolotarivka (Luhansk Oblast); Lyman, Soledar, Ozarianivka, Odradivka and Pervomaiske in Donetsk Oblast. In the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast, the Russians are taking measures to improve their propaganda TV and radio broadcasting.
During the day, the invaders conducted 4 missile attacks and 10 air strikes, also carrying out more than 30 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems.
Russian air-launched and anti-aircraft guided missiles hit the areas of eight localities, including Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Novovoskresenske (Kherson Oblast).
On 19 October, the defence forces of Ukraine hit a pontoon crossing under the Antonovka Bridge in Kherson Oblast.
Combat aircraft of the defence forces carried out 16 strikes during the day, dealing damage to three strongholds and ten clusters of weapons and military equipment, as well as three positions of enemy anti-aircraft missile systems. Rocket Forces and Artillery of Ukrainian troops hit a command post and an S-300 anti-aircraft missile system.
Background: On 6 October, Natalia Humeniuk, press secretary of the Operational Command Pivden (South) press centre, reported that the invaders are trapped between the Ukrainian units and the Right Bank of the Dnieper river in Ukraine’s south: "If their ability to move to the other bank is critically disrupted, this will mean an encirclement."
