Air-raid siren sounded throughout Ukraine

As of 15:23 on 21 October, an air-raid siren sounded in all oblasts of Ukraine. It lasted until 16:30.

Details: Chernivtsi and Donetsk oblasts were the last to join the wave of air-raid sirens.
An air-raid siren means the danger of missile strikes; residents are advised to take cover.
Explosions were heard in Kyiv Oblast but, as Oleksii Kuleba said, these may be from the scheduled work of the bomb disposal teams.
Quote from Kuleba: "The explosions that could be heard in some hromadas of the region at the beginning of the air-raid siren are the scheduled work of bomb disposal experts."
Belaruski Hajun reports that fighter jets took off from airfields located in Belarus. Fighter pilots are currently training in various areas. In particular, a Russian MiG-31K fighter jet, which can be equipped with hypersonic Kinzhal missiles, was reported to have taken off.
