Occupiers planned to blow up Kakhovka hydroelectric plant back in April

According to intelligence reports, the occupiers planned in advance to blow up the Kakhovka reservoir dam. It is a hydrotechnical system of the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant, which they mined back in April.

Quote: "Plans to blow up the dam were made in advance; the main mining works were carried out back in April. In the course of this week, the sluices and pillars of the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant were also mined".
Details: Ukrainian Intelligence also reported that two military tented Kamaz trucks without drivers were placed on the dam. Both vehicles were fully loaded with crates of explosives.
Background: On 20 October, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, reported that Russian had mined the dam and units of the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant, and they were planning to commit a terrorist attack under the Ukrainian flag.
