Russian troops attacked Kharkiv on the morning of 21 October, with explosions ringing out in the city after an air-raid siren was sounded.

Details: After the air-raid all clear was given, Syniehubov reported that five people had been injured as a result of the morning strikes on Kharkiv. Later, he reported that 6 people had been injured.
There is damage to industrial infrastructure in the Kyiv district in Kharkiv.
