32 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast are still under Russian occupation

A little less than 2% of Kharkiv Oblast remains under Russian occupation.

Quote: "To date, 544 settlements have been liberated in Kharkiv Oblast. 32 more settlements remain under temporary occupation, which is slightly less than 2%."
Details: Syniehubov stated that mine clearance continues in the liberated territories. Earlier today, he had reported that yesterday (19 October), two rescue workers were killed because of a mine explosion.
Background: In September, Syniehubov reported that about 6% of the territory of Kharkiv Oblast was still under occupation.
